another night on the bathroom floor
filth is resting beside my head
i can't do this anymore
grind teeth through my jaw
i get up and face the world
with a smile and nod
isnt it
pathetic waste of life to give up
before you even try
we're tryign to live in our spare time
filling in blanks between calendar lines
they can smell it on my breath
they can see it in my eyes
bloodshot and red
am i already dead?
are we living lies
the truth is in our eyes
but we wont like what we find
we hold on to the night like thirsty vampires
we throw away all our days
we're going insane
Ryan and Joe wrote and recorded this album in one day. Curtis Wiest did the cover. This is the first material by The Strangled. There are about 25 of these cds out there, somewhere.
